2011
Top vendor at Tattersalls October Sale Book 1 for the fifth successive year with an aggregate of 4,126,000gns for 25 yearlings sold, and an average of 165,040gns, well above the average for the whole sale.
2010
Top vendor at Tattersalls October Sale Book 1 with an aggregate of 3,713,000gns and an impressive average of 142,808gns. The stud was also the top vendor at Tattersalls October Sale Book 2 with an average of 43,750gns.
2009
Top vendor at Tattersalls October Sale Books 1 and 2, with impressive averages of 146,043gns and 67,708gns respectively, well above the overall average for each sale.

Racecourse Success
On the racecourse, yearlings consigned by Highclere Stud have won 14 Stakes races in 2011 alone including Camelot (Racing Post Trophy Gr.1), Power (National Stakes Gr.1, Coventry Stakes Gr.2), Entifaadha (Acomb Stakes Gr.3), Pink Symphony (Give Thanks Stakes Gr.3), Joviality (Tattersalls Musidora Stakes Gr.3), Dordogne (Anatolia Trophy Gr.2, Lingfield Derby Trial Gr.3), Nideeb (Lingfield Winter Derby Gr.3), and Surfrider (Prix Djebel Gr.3). Highclere Stud's 2010 consignment has produced three Gr.1 two-year-olds, as along with Camelot and Power, Bonfire was an unlucky third in the Criterium International (Gr.1).
In addition, Highclere Stud's homebred Regal Parade out of Model Queen has won several Stakes races including the Prix Maurice de Gheest (Gr.1) and Haydock Sprint Cup (Gr.1). Other major winners include the dual Group 3 winner Laaheb, and the Highclere bred and top lot at DBS St Leger Sales in 2007, Ouqba. He finished second in the Lockinge (Gr.1), having previously won the Jersey Stakes (Gr.3) at Royal Ascot and European Free Handicap (L).
Further Highclere Stud bred and sold success on the racecourse includes Group 1 Moyglare winner, Lemon Soufflé, who was the Top Filly of the 1993 European Two-Year-Old Classifications, and other Stakes winners or perfomers: Birdie, Captain Hurricane, Caramba, Flashmans Papers, Fickle, Lyric Fantasy, Niche, Tincture, Tora Bora, Smirk and Stetchworth Prince.
High-priced sales success is not new to Highclere. The multiple Stakes winning and Group 1 Prix Maurice de Gheest winner, May Ball, sold for 550,000 to Shadai Farm at Tattersalls December Broodmare Sale in 2006.
In 1989 Group 1 Yorkshire Oaks winner Roseate Tern sold for 1,100,000gns at the same sale. Her dam, Rosia Bay gave the stud some international sales success when selling at Keeneland for $600,000 the year before having been purchased for only 6,200gns.
