Boarding

 

The welfare and management of the mares and their progeny is of the highest importance to us.  We ensure the mares are treated with the utmost care, and the development of their youngstock is closely monitored under the management of John and Carolyn Warren.  John is also able to advise on the selection of suitable stallions.

 

Our range of facilities and established pastures provide the perfect environment for mares and foals, either for the short term for the breeding season or year round for permanent boarding.

 

Equally important to us are our staff, who have many years experience in the covering and foaling of mares. We also have excellent support services with Trevor Sainty as our vet and Nathan Appleton as our farrier.

 

Another priority is our customer care. Breeders are kept regularly informed of their mares’ progress. This includes foaling details, confirmation of covering dates, and regular updates on the progress of the foals. Our stud secretary ensures the smooth running of all communications and the logistics of moving mares and their progeny.
